All orders are sent out within 2-3 business days, and you can expect to receive your package within 3-6 business days.
All packages are sent and delivered by Post Denmark in Denmark, DHL within Europe and international packages are sent with UPS.
Shipment of goods outside the EU e.g. Norway, Switzerland etc. does not include VAT or customs clearance.
RETURN OF ONLINE PURCHASE
Fonnesbech provide 2 week return policy from the day the package is signed after being provided by the delivery company. Goods must be returned unused, in the same condition as received and in original packaging with original tags and labels. Please inform us by mail of your return before you ship – the email is: firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have other questions, please feel free to contact us.
Fonnesbech will refund the full amount, minus shipping, to the credit card the product was purchased on, to avoid misuse of stolen cards.
The amount will be returned immediately, after we receive the goods back and have approved the condition of the item.
Returning products is at your own risk. It is your own responsibility, to ensure that Fonnesbech receives the package. Fonnesbech recommend, that you send the item with track and trace and that you keep the receipt.

If you find errors on the product or have accidentally received a different product than the one ordered, Fonnesbech will of course cover the costs of return shipment and delivery of a new product.
The product must be returned to Fonnesbech no later than 2 weeks after delivery.
